Howard has been actively involved in the financial markets as a trader, market strategist, system developer and trading educator for over 30 years and has dedicated his career to the creation and development of systematic trading strategies.

After spending the late 1990’s and early 2000’s developing and fine-tuning his own trading strategies, Howard embarked on a long and successful trading career in 2006 trading spot FX and futures on a proprietary basis for a UK family office. He has lived in Switzerland since 2009, where he has run ‘HF SYSTEMS’ as a trading signals service for a Swiss bank and has managed client trading accounts as an independent, regulated asset manager. Howard joined the CMT Association in 1999 and was one of the first holders of the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation outside the US (attained in 2004).

He has appeared regularly on financial TV networks including CNBC and has conducted seminars on trading-related topics across the globe.
