Computer Cleaning?
A dirty dusty computer is the leading cause of component failures, your computer slowly suffocates as the dust, hair and smoking residue contaminates the system causing excessive heat and eventually component failures. Never having your computer cleaned is like buying a car and never changing the oil, How long does that usually last? Why do you think manufacturers never offer more then a one year standard warranty?
Not only that, but poor maintenance which causes overheating will also affect the performance of your computer. A little preventive maintenance will go a long way to keep your investment running at top performance.
Buying New A Good Choice?
Let’s analyze the facts. A new computer at a cost of $750 – $1000 will easily lose 50% of it’s value within a year and often even more then that.
Buying and/or upgrading a used computer costs a fraction of a new one and gives the average user the same performance. It’s current value is stable since it has already reached it’s depreciation plateau. The 6 month to 1 year standard warranty on a new computer is practically useless since the large majority will never break down during that grace period. Is that 1 year “peace of mind” grace period really worth $300 – $500? I personally have not purchased a new computer in over 15 years.
